Director-general(1): In charge of the overall running operations.

Deputy Director-general (1): Assists the Director with the overall supervision and reviews documents.

Specialist (1): Manages the disbursement-related operations under the supervision of the Director.

There are four (4) sections under the Department of Finance:
 Section of Financial Management
 Section of Treasury
 Section of Local Financial Institutions and Tobacco and Alcohol
 Section of Public Assets

Under this structure there are four (4) section chiefs, twelve (16) officers, four (4) administrative assistants, and two (2) clerks. The total number of staff is 30 members in the Department of Finance.
